Selling your products through NECTAR

NECTAR is the product-data and fulfillment platform run by NE Entertainment / For My Bee. We take your catalog and inventory, enrich it to retail standards, and present it to national retail buying programs. You focus on stock and shipping; we handle data quality, retail compliance, and the trading-partner relationship.

1. Send us a sample file

Onboarding is built around your existing inventory file. We adapt to your export, not the other way round. Send a sample CSV or Excel file straight from your system. We map your columns once; after that, every file processes automatically, however it arrives.

2. Pick how files reach us (several can run in parallel)

• Email: attach the file to your dedicated address, yourcode@feeds.nectarformybee.com. A scheduled send from your system makes it hands-free. New sender addresses are approved once, then every send is touch-free.
• SFTP / FTP: push files to your private folder on our transfer server (key or password authentication).
• Dropbox: drop files into a shared folder.
• Portal upload: upload manually any time from your NECTAR account.

3. What happens on every send

• Your file is checked, transformed and imported automatically. You get a confirmation email when it lands, or a plain-English explanation if something needs fixing.
• New products are detected automatically and queued for our merchandising review before they go anywhere.
• Availability updates flow through to trading partners on their feed schedule.

What we need from you

• A regular inventory send (daily is ideal) with SKU, description, cost, quantity and UPC where you have it.
• Product images as public URLs where available.
• A contact who receives our import confirmations and can fix file issues.
